AMÉLIE IS A PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZER
AND CERTIFIED KONMARI® CONSULTANT
IN SAN ANTONIO, TX

“You have to hail joy like a taxi!”

I take tirzepatide, a GLP-1 receptor agonist, to help control symptoms of my metabolic disorder. (Did you know that in one in four households in the U.S., someone is taking these prescription drugs?) I lost weight, and it was only a pound here, a pound there, slowly - but steadily. After about a year, I noticed that none of my pants fit. I mean, I had tons of pants, but none that I loved anymore, and things were out of control. I had too much stuff in my closet and still couldn’t find anything to wear! So I took myself on as a client and decluttered. I got rid of most pants that did not fit, replaced some of them with smaller sizes, and only kept a few pairs just in case my weight fluctuates again. Now I can breathe again!

I know what it’s like to be on a weight-loss journey, whether or not GLP-1 medications are involved. I know what it’s like to need help in the closet or in the pantry because of a new lifestyle. I will help you create a transitional system that supports you on this journey.

We can organize your closet now and set up a pipeline to donations and consignment solutions for the clothes that no longer fit. I can also come back every 3 months for a closet refresh. I can even refer you to a stylist if you need help dressing like yourself again!

About Amélie

Amélie is a pro at helping her clients unpack, declutter, downsize, and organize. She likes working with neurodivergent and neurodiverse people, such as clients with ADHD; as a Highly Sensitive Person herself, she understands part of the struggle. She loves cleaning out a closet and removing a carload of donations from a home! The best feeling is watching clients visibly relax in their newly organized home.

Amélie is one of only a handful of people in the country to be both a member of NAPO and a home organizer certified by Marie Kondo. She also volunteers at the NAPO National level.

Amélie is from Montreal, Quebec, and moved to San Antonio, Texas, for her husband to pursue his career. They are parents to two wonderful boys.
